WhoReadMe is a free e-mail tracking service. WhoReadMe lets you track e-mails you have sent and inform you when e-mails get read. To learn more about what is WhoReadMe, click here.

WhoReadMe is embedded a transparent tracking image into your HTML e-mail. The image is assigned with unique ID and stored in WhoReadMe server. Once your recipient opens your e-mail, tracking image will be loaded from WhoReadMe server. Therefore, WhoReadMe is alerted to send you notification.

Generally, WhoReadMe features include:

• Get e-mail notification each time your e-mail was read
• Set expiry date of your e-mail content
• Calculate duration between the e-mail sent and read time
• Send e-mail with attachments
• Get e-mail notification when attachment is downloaded

There is no addition plug-ins or software required. All you need to do is create an account with us.

In order to send a tracked e-mail, you need to login to WhoReadMe service, and send out your e-mail using http://whoreadme.com/send-e-mail.html. Alternatively, you can send the tracked e-mail from your own e-mail client by adding suffix ".whoreadme.com" to your recipient e-mail address. E.g.: johnsmith@gmail.com.whoreadme.com

You can send to unlimited recipients now. But each recipient will consume you 1 e-mail credit.

You are qualified to recieve 20 free e-mail credits from us. This mean you can send 20 e-mails or send your e-mail to 20 recipients. However, unuse credits will be reset on the next day.

Yes. Just add a suffix ".whoreadme.com" to your recipient e-mail address when you send your e-mail.

WhoReadMe inserts an invisible tracking image to every e-mail you sent. If your recipient blocks the image from loaded, the tracking will not working. Please make sure your recipient have added you to their safe list as well.

We accept unlimited amount of attachments in any size but the maximum size of attachments within an e-mail is 10 MB.
