Features Enhancement

After few weeks of review, we have made some improvements of our existing features. The changes are listed below:

Read Notification - Reduced the amount of duplicate read notification e-mails.

Return Mails - Blocked return e-mails from sending back to user.
Instant Message - Enhanced the notification from IM.
Scheduled Task - Enable scheduled tasks to run under user's time zone.

Expiry mode temporarily disabled

Expiry mode has been disabled because this feature is still unstable. Feature will be available again as soon as it has been upgraded.

Date Issue with e-mail status

Fixed the timestamp issue. All the records on e-mail status is showing the last date of last e-mail sent. This made user confused about the actual time of sending.

Dialog box issue with IE7

Ops, Internet Explorer 7 is really giving us a lot of problems. IE7 users are not able to delete their e-mails properly due the dialog box stucked in the middle. We have worked for it and hopefully it has been fixed now.

Yahoo! contact impoter is broken

Yahoo! has made some changed on their algorithms which lead to the broken of our Yahoo! contact importer. Fortunately, we have get it fixed.

Layout issue with Internet Explorer 7

The new version 3 is having alignment problems with users who are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7. After investigated, the issue has been resolved.

Recipient Locator Down

We are having e-mailing issues since yesterday. After contact with Hotmail staff, the delivery of all e-mails should be working fine now.

We are having painful experiences with the new server. We received complaints about speed and performance.

Compatible Issues with Windows Live Mail

We found that Windows Live Mail will pop out for a read receipt request once email delivered from WhoReadMe.

This issue has been fixed and the email tracking is back to "invisible" again against Windows Live Mail client.

After few days of investigation, we solved this problem and emails are now delivered safely into recipient inbox.

Server Hard Disk Corrupted

For your information, our server main hard disks are damaged and not able to be recovered since 2008-01-22 07:00:00.

As according to hosting engineer, the hard disk was badly affected and the bad sector is not able to be recovered.

Sorry for the down time. However, server is back to normal now.
